Getting Started
A consultation is required. If there is a fee associated with your consultation, a portion of that fee may be applied to your final invoice. Any requested deadline under 7 business days' notice is considered a rush job and if accepted, may incur additional charges. Your consultation will most likely be done via telephone at an appointed time.

Website Hosts
If you are using a web host provider such as Yahoo, Microsoft Live, Homestead, VistaPrint or similar provider, please note they may not be able to accommodate certain web elements. Also, the aforementioned providers may allow for custom graphics BUT you may (99.9% chance) lose the ability to easily update your site by doing so.

We prefer to do fresh installs - this minimizes the amount of time your existing site has to be down and to ensure that all programming is completed correctly.

Domain Names
Choose a domain name that is easy to remember, and as short as possible. We suggest that you purchase 2 variations of the domain name you want (.com, .net, .org) - our preferred domain vendor is GoDaddy.com.

Quote and Deposit
A project will not begin without receipt of deposit and content/items required to complete the project. You will be sent the link to pay the deposit invoice; we do not post it on our site. Deposits are generally 50% of the rate total and non-refundable (unless otherwise noted). Payment of the deposit denotes acceptance of and adherence to the terms included on your quote. The number of revisions and/or project hours are included in your quote. Revisions and/or project hours over the amount included will be billed to you on the final invoice. Quotes expire after 5 (five) business days.

Pricing and Budget
We recognize that each client has a unique need for our services, and we price them accordingly. A budget range is required prior to consultation. From there we will work with you to determine which options we can provide to fulfill your needs.

Freebies, Bartering, Non-Profits
Any free items are given at the discretion of MizzEllaneous.com; bartering is not one of our common practices. Logos and certain website elements are not included as free or bartered items... ever. MizzEllaneous.com is committed to providing reduced or in-kind design services to KIPP: South Fulton Academy and the Osborne Community Coalition through June 2010. Applications for organizations requesting in-kind design services will be taken again in April 2010 .
